Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this Portal and its booking services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Unified Booking Portal ("the Portal"), operated by the Forest Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Portal.

Eligibility & Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information while registering or making a booking.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • The Portal reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts found to be providing false information.

Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings for accommodation, safari, boating, and entry tickets are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices displayed on the Portal are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking through the approved payment gateway.
  • A valid Booking ID will be issued upon successful payment and must be presented at the time of entry or check-in.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled as per the policy applicable to the specific service (accommodation, safari, boating, or ticket) at the time of booking, and may be subject to cut-off timelines and deduction of processing charges. Refunds, where applicable, are credited to the original payment method.

Conduct During Visits

  • Visitors must comply with the safety instructions and rules issued by forest range staff and boating/safari operators at all times.
  • Feeding, disturbing, or provoking wildlife is strictly prohibited.
  • The Forest Department reserves the right to deny entry or cancel a booking without refund in case of a violation of park rules or misconduct.
  • Entry may be restricted or rescheduled due to weather conditions, wildlife movement, or safety concerns, at the discretion of the Forest Department.

Limitation of Liability

While reasonable care is taken to ensure the accuracy of information and safety of services offered through the Portal, the Forest Department shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from natural events, wildlife behaviour, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

The Forest Department reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
